The villa comes with 3 bedrooms, a private pool and garden and is located in the popular coastal town of Marseillan. The sandy Mediterranean beaches are just 5 minutes away. Marseillan has a number of excellent harbour side restaurants, cafes and bars.

Ground floor
- There is a large lounge/dining area with traditional open fireplace.
- The open plan kitchen comes with fitted units and double sink. Appliances include a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Bosch fan oven and ceramic hob and microwave.
- There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room with WC. This bedroom has large wall to wall fitted wardrobes.
On the first floor is a double bedroom with large wall to wall fitted wardrobes and views to the distant mountains.
- There is also a twin bedroom with 2 fitted wardrobes and a view over the rear garden and pool.
- The main bathroom comes with a bath, shower screen, basin, bidet and WC. There is a TV room with sofa and chairs, and satellite channels.
Heating consists of an open fireplace and electric central heating throughout.
Outside: French doors lead out to the walled front garden with barbecue and terrace. The rear garden has the swimming pool (8m x 4m) and terraces.

This long term rental villa in South France is located in the popular coastal town of Marseillan. If you are looking to spend a few months by the coast in Southern France, then this comfortable 3 bed property is an excellent choice.
The beaches are just a short cycle ride away (along a dedicated cycle path) and all the amenites of Marseillan are just a short walk. Marseillan is a popular location for long term monthly rentals, with plenty of life and activity all year around. There is a weekly market, a couple of supermarkets and a dozen or so restaurants to choose from.

This villa near the beach in South France is in the lovely harbour town of Marseillan. Here you will find cafes and restaurants. The Languedoc is renowned for its shellfish and you do not have to go very far to sample mussels and oysters harvested from the nearby Etang du Thau. A glorious sandy beach is located just three kilometres away at Marseillan Plage but there are many others close by too. Marseillan is an exceptionally pleasant and attractive small town, one of the few remaining unspoilt harbours in the South of France, lying close to the sea but not on it.
There is a local market in Marseillan twice a week. On Tuesday morning Marseillan hosts a traditional market with food, clothing and household goods.

There is a mainline TGV station at Agde, which is just a short taxi ride away.

Excellent Location, Excellent Holiday
The villa is perfectly located in a quiet residential district 5-10 minutes easy walk from the town itself, just a stones throw from the Etang and a 10 minute bike ride to the beach at Marseillan Plage. It`s quiet, quite private, really well equipped, well thought out and spotlessly clean throughout. Derek and Lisa are excellent hosts and take care to make sure you make the most of your stay. They live nearby so are able to give advice or deal with any issues quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
The beach is also clean and not at all crowded the further north (away) from Marseillan Plage you go - a real plus compared to some parts of this stretch of the coast. If markets are your thing then Sete and Agde are both well worth a visit. In terms of food, the must do is the Brasucade at Coqui Thau. An unmissable culinary experience! I strongly recommend the area and this villa in particular. We`ll certainly go back.

A wonderful place to holiday !
Villa perfect in every way. A fantastic relaxing week, mostly spent at the poolside and the beach. Weather very good and interesting selection of restaurants in Marseillan. Thoroughly enjoyable ! Hope to come again !

One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation (this will become the security deposit for your stay). Rent to be paid in advance on the first day of the month (for rentals of 3 months or less, the rent is to be paid in full prior to arrival). The utility bills are to be paid in addition to the monthly rent. There is a monthly provision of €200 towards the utility bills. References may be required. Minimum stay is normally 3 months.
