Villa Agapanthe is available for monthly rentals throughout the year. In addition to the rent, there is a provision of €250 per month towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and communal taxes. The prices are based on a 12 month rental period. Higher prices may apply to shorter rental periods, especially those covering the summer months. The rent is to be paid every 3 months (in advance). There is a security deposit of one month's rent.

Last visited: June 2024. This is a very comfortable rental accommodation, close to the centre of Montpellier. The property is ideally set up for a rental period of 12 months or more and even comes with private off-street parking (which is a rarity in Montpellier). Situated in a nice, quiet residential neighbourhood. The International School in Baillargues is 22 mins drive.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of Montpellier, on the Northern edge of city centre. It is close to the hospitals and University faculties. It is possible to walk into the centre of Montpellier in under 20 mins.
There are 2 large supermarkets located 10 mins drive away, as well as plenty of local services, including a boulangerie, Pharmacy, small shop, hairdressers, restaurant and a gym. There is a tram stop a short walk from the house. The International school in Baillargues is a 22 mins drive.
The nearest beach is 15 minutes away. The beautiful Camargue region and the walled town of Aigues Mortes are just 45 mins away. The Pic St Loup Wine Route is always a popular activity for sampling some excellent wines. The medieval town of Sommières is a great place to visit on a Saturday, when a huge market takes over the town.
There is a Golf course in Baillargues (15 mins) and Horse riding (5 minute drive).
Montpellier has a TGV train station. The local tram network provides easy access around Montpellier. The nearest tram stop (Buttonet) is located just 100m from the house. Local bus services run to and from Montpellier city centre.

The A9 motorway is just 15 mins drive from the apartment. This provides access down to the Mediterranean coast, the Spanish border and also North to Nimes, Avignon and Marseille.
One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation (this will become the security deposit for your stay). Rent to be paid in advance, every 3 months.
