Pezenas is one of the most beautiful towns in the South of France and features a popular weekly market, a vibrant arts and theatre scene and a large Antiques sector. This long term let accommodation is perfectly situated in the heart of the town, close to shops, restaurants and the Saturday market. The property is ideal for a couple or small family.
The property is available for 3 to 12 month rentals throughout the year from €600 per month + bills.

The property is laid out over 3 floors and features an enclosed terrace (loggia) and small courtyard. The house provides 72m2 of living space.
You enter the property up a small flight of stairs to the first floor.
- There is a large open plan living room, which encompasses the lounge, dining area and kitchen.
- The lounge is a good size furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table and flat screen TV. WiFi will be installed .
- Next to the lounge there is a Bedroom which has a wooden floor and windows overlooking courtyard. This bedroom will be fitted with a double bed. The bedroom also provides access down to an office/snug, which provides access to the courtyard.
- The well-equipped kitchen comes with a hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also plenty of storage space.
- Next to the kitchen there is a dining area where a table with seating for 4-6 people will be provided.
- On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.
On the second floor you will find the Master bedroom, bathroom and covered terrace
- Master bedroom is a spacious room that comes with a double bed and plenty of storage and hanging space. The bedroom is at the front of the house, looking out onto the street.
- The Bathroom is fitted with a bath, overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.
- From the landing, a doorway leads to the covered terrace (loggia) with really nice views over the ancient rooftops of Pezenas.
Outside: there is a narrow courtyard at the rear of the house where you can have a barbecue and put out a table and a couple of chairs. The courtyard is South-East facing.

Last visited October 2020 This refurbished town house in Pezenas, South France, will be available for long term rentals from January 2021. The house is surprising spacious inside and benefits from outdoor space (which is often a rarity for properties in Pezenas). Pezenas is a perfect location for enjoying a year out in France. The centre of the town is very pretty and has a good range of restaurants, shops, bars and cafes. The A75 motorway passes right next to Pezenas and provides quick access up to Montpellier, to Beziers and the coast and easy access for exploring the Languedoc region.

Area activities
Pezenas is a historic town with a population of about 8,000 people. It is in the heart of the Languedoc region of the South of France, a vast wine making area. The town has several bakeries and shops within easy walking distance of the house. There is a well stocked Carrefour supermarket for larger shopping expeditions. The Saturday market is nothing short of fabulous and a must for anyone who loves Mediterranean food.
Pezenas´s historical center, has many attractions. Here you find dozens of artisan craftsmen and tiny shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, public pool, theatre, festivals all along year, more than 40 antique shops, restaurants, bars . . . etc.
The Mediterranean sea is just 20 mins drive away and other local attractions include Abbaye de Valmagne, Etang de Thau (salty lake) with oysters production, Natural bird reserve, Canal du Midi, Beach resorts (Vias, Cap d`Agde), beaches, Beziers and Cap d`Agde golf courses, Sete (40 minuts) mediterrean port.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station in Beziers and Agde. Regular bus services run from Pezenas to both towns.
