This is an old wine-maker's house which has been converted to make a spacious villa in the peaceful village of Thézan-les-Béziers in the Languedoc.

• Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps and a large wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, a bedside cabinet with lamp and a large wardrobe.
• The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin.

Lower ground floor:

• There is a large sitting room with a big corner sofa, coffee table and a large wardrobe housing bed linen and bathroom towels. There is also a cupboard for cleaning utensils, iron and ironing board.
• Bedroom 3 comes with a double bed, large fitted wardrobe and two bedside cabinets with lamps.
• Bedroom 4 is a triple room with 2 bunk beds and a single bed. The bedroom comes with a large fitted wardrobe. 
• The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin.

Outside:

Fantastic, panoramic views across to the neighbouring village of Murviel and over a patchwork of vineyards and almond trees down to the River Orb. The views are even better - if that's possible! - from the first floor balcony which has its own table, chairs and parasol.

Good-sized private pool and terrace area with plenty of seating and sun loungers for everyone to enjoy.

The Terrace/Patio: large table and chairs to seat 10. Sunloungers, easy chairs etc.

Summer kitchen consisting of brick-built BBQ, sink and fridge. There are also electricity points for hot plate, kettle etc.

Long driveway to park at least two cars. More parking available outside on road.
