Guests are able to use the large main pool in the Spa resort, together with the children´s pool.
Available for long term rentals from October through to May from €750 per month + utility bills. The property does not accept pets.

Superbly situated on a 20-acre riverside site in the heart of the Corbières region of the Languedoc, this long term rentals property is surrounded by pedestrianised streets, squares and fountains. The estate is an extension of the picturesque village of St Laurent de Cabrerisse.

- A family bathroom
- Large open plan living room . The lounge comes with a double sofa bed (sleeps 2).
- Modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle etc.
- Patio doors lead out into the small private garden.
On the complex there is a large outdoor pool. In addition there is an indoor pool with a spa area where you can enjoy many treatments.
On the complex there is also :

- a very good restaurant and wine bar.
The local village is within walking distance and here you will find further restaurants, a pharmacy, a shop, a new wine bar and a fantastic ice cream parlour. The Spa resort is in the middle of a vineyard which you can walk through, There are many beautiful walks in the area including a river walk on the resort.

The Saint Laurent de la Cabrerisse spa resort is open all year round except for January. There is a huge amount to enjoy here including a large outdoor pool, a children`s pool, a children`s playground, medieval gardens, local vineyards and olive groves, and of course the fabulous spa (for over 16`s only). The Spa has its own gorgeous indoor pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and treatment rooms.
In the local village of St Laurent de la Cabrerisse, there is a boulangerie, a small grocery shop and a bar. The lovely town of Lagrasse is just 10 minutes away and offers plenty of shops, restaurants and a beautiful abbey. Narbonne is just 30 minutes drive away and here you will find a nice shopping centre, lovely indoor food market and good restaurants. Other local excursions include a trip to the ancient castle at Carcassonne (a must see in this area), a visit to one of the local Cathar castles, the African Nature Reserve at Sigean, a trip to Collioure (a beautiful coastal town on the Cote Vermeille) and finally a day trip to Spain (the border is only 90 minutes drive away).
Nearby you can enjoy swimming in local lakes and sunbathing on the Mediterranean beaches, where you will find a variety of water sports on offer. The immediate area provides plenty of walking and mountain-biking routes.
