This house is a located in a great spot if you want to enjoy some winter sun in Southern France. The Perpignan area is the sunniest region in France, enjoying over 300 days of sunshine each year. The mild winter climate also makes it possible to enjoy meals on the terrace throughout the year and you can also benefit from lovely walks along the deserted beaches.
This sunny house comes with reversible air conditioning, WiFi, large flat screen TV and a comfortable lounge area. Both bedrooms are a good size and come with en suite bathrooms.
The house is located 500m from the harbour in St Cyprien and 700m from the beach. There is a local supermarket just 200m from the house.

For 3-6 month rentals, the rent is to be paid on the first day of each month. The utility bills are to be paid in addition to the monthly rent.
