This beautiful apartment for long term rental in France, is located in the heart of the coastal town of Sete in South France. Sete is located on the Mediterranean coast, just 20 mins from Montpellier. There is a long stretch of beaches just south of the town.
The rental apartment is a condo apartment situated on the second and third floor of an old town house in the historic centre of Sete. The apartment comes with a private terrace and a spacious living room.
This apartment is just one minute from the central Place de la Mairie, the Gand Canal, the port, the fish market, many, many restaurants. Sete is a great location for a long term rental in France. The town has a TGV train station, easy access to the A9 motorway and just 20-30 mins drive to both Montpellier and Beziers airports.

The apartment is very light and airy. It is situated in the heart of the picturesque old town and is very quiet. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor - access via staircase. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk away and there is a long stretch of sandy beaches just 20 minute walk away.
First floor
- Bedroom 1 is a large room with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- Bedroom 2 comes with a 2 single beds (which can also form a double bed)
- The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet and wash basin. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom.
Second floor
- The large open plan living room is 50m2 and features exposed beams, stone walls and a solid wooden floor. The room is bright and airy with velux windows and a large sliding glass door leading to the terrace.
- The lounge comes with 2 comfortable sofas (one of which is a bed settee), an armchair and coffee table.
- The dining area features a table and 4 chairs.
- There is a small desk/office area.
- The well-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer and plenty of storage space.
- The living room provides access out onto the private roof terrace. The terrace come with a patio table and chairs and has nice views over Sete towards the port and Mediterranean sea.

Last visited February 2022. A wonderful location and great renovated apartment. Ideal if you are house hunting or having an extended holiday in the South of France. The apartment is well equipped and is ideal for a couple or small family. A few minutes walk to the harbour and all amenities. The apartment is up several stairs so not suitable for the old, infirm or very young.

Sete itself is wonderful, and the Camargue, Montpellier, Arles, Beziers, Nimes, Carcassonne, Muscat vineyards, high hills and lakes are all within easy reach (even Spain is less than two hours away). The area also boasts loads of culinary treats, including fabulous fresh fish, Italian food specialities (such as tielle - a squid and mussel pie), oyster cultivation in the etang, and a great many restaurants lining the canal and port.
Close to Montpelleir and has rail, road and bus links to the surrounding areas.
