This 19th Century stone built property comes with a terrace, air conditioning 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. The property has exposed beams and original stonework. There is a large shared pool (12mx6m), BBQ area, private parking and children’s play area.
The village of Canaules-et-Argentieres is a beautiful place, close to the stunning Cevennes mountains and surrounded by vineyards

Ground floor
- Private entrance and hall
- Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed and a single bed. It has a set of French windows which provide access to the front terrace.
- There is an en suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet, plus a washing machine & dryer.
- Bedroom 2 has a double bed and adjacent shower room There is also a separate guest toilet.
A cot & highchair (and stair gate) is available free of charge if required.
First floor
- The large open plan living room is air conditioned and contains the lounge, dining area and kitchen. Patio doors lead out from the living room to a large private terrace with spectacular views of the Cevennes and towards the swimming pool. Wifi is provided.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker.
- Also, there is a washing machine & dryer in communal area of building.
- The large dining area comes with a table & 6 chairs.
- The comfortable lounge has a rattan sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table and flat screen TV with Satellite TV channels (UK & French channels), radio-CD and DVD with selection of DVD´s.
Outside - there is a gated private garden and paved terrace area with seating. Close by is a communal enclosed (unheated) swimming pool (12 x 6m), open May-September also a covered pool house with fridge. The pool area provides a toilet & changing area as well as an outdoor shower. The communal terrace provides access to the children´s play section (Swings, a climbing rope and a slide). There is a BBQ area.

Last visited August 2021. This lovely property for long term rentals near Nimes in South France, is equipped to a really high standard and has the advantage of a large shared swimming pool, play area and WiFi internet. Comfortable accommodation for a couple with occasional guests. The property is located in a beautiful area of French countryside with rivers and mountains on your door step.
