Ground floor

On the ground floor you enter into the large open plan living room (60m2) which contains the lounge, kitchen and dining area.

• The fully-fitted Oak kitchen and contains a central island and comes with a dishwasher, large gas hob, oven and plenty of storage space and cooking utensils.
• Next to the kitchen there is a utility room and a toilet.
• The lounge features a wood burning stove and 2 sofas
• There is a large wooden dining table that can seat 8-10 people. A set of patio doors lead out from the dining area to the back terrace and garden.
• There is a large Studio which contains a pool table. This currently doesn't have any heating (although the Owner is considering installing reversible air conditioning so that it can be used all year around).
• There is a large double garage with double height ceiling (50m2).

First floor

• There is a huge living room (80m2) with a double height Cathedral ceiling. The living room has lovely views out over open countryside. The living room is not heated and is therefore suitable for use between April to October.
• Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with high ceilings, solid wooden floors and exposed stone walls (30m2).
• Bathroom 1: is located next to Bedroom 1 and comes with a corner bath and walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet (12m2)
• Bedroom 2 is a lovely bedroom with exposed beams and stone walls (15m2) the bedroom comes with a double bed
• Bedroom 3 is a large double bedroom which can also be converted to a twin bedroom (20m2)
• Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the family bathroom. This is a beautiful room with exposed stone walls and beams. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet (8m2)

Outside: Terrace accessed from kitchen/living room: 40m2. Garden approximately 2000m2, mostly lawn

Pyrenees long term rentals France - prices

This farmhouse in the foothills of the Pyrenees in Southern France is available for long term rentals from 3 to 12 months. The rental price does not include the utility bills (there is a monthly provision of €250 towards the electricity, water, internet and communal taxes). Firewood to be purchased separately.
