The wine-making village of Pouzolles, is located close to the historic town of Pezenas and just 25 mins from the Mediterranean coast. The village is surrounded by vineyards and in the centre you will find the beautiful local Chateau. This spacious apartment is situated on the first floor of an an imposing 19th century village property.

The has been completely refurbished with new plumbing and inside it has been tastefully decorated with antique furniture. The apartment is just around the corner from the main promenade in the village, just past the café, with the grocery store directly opposite.
- The apartment contains a double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table with lamp.
- There is an en suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
- The lounge contains a large corner sofa and TV (with some satellite channels).
- The kitchen includes a fridge, electric cooker, storage cupboards and double sink. There is a dining table in the kitchen.
There is a shared garage on the ground floor which can provide storage. The washing machine is located in the garage.

Last visited October 2021. This cheap long term rental apartment in South France, is perfect for a single person or couple. Pouzolles is a popular village with a small ex-pat community. The village contains a shop, post office, a school, cafe-bar and plenty of activities. The countryside around Pouzolles is beautiful and the local wine is excellent. Pezenas is a 10 minutes drive away and the beaches are 25 mins away.

Pouzolles is a wine making village with around 1,000 inhabitants in the Languedoc region of France. The village is surrounded by vineyards and is just 30 km from the Mediterranean beaches. Nearby, you will find the beautiful historic town of Pezenas and the busting city of Beziers, known for its massive summer festival (the Feria).
The village is dominated by the impressive local Chateau and by the church, built at the site of the ramparts. Beyond the village, you can see the Black Mountains of the Haut Languedoc National Park.
