Ground floor

On the ground floor there is an open plan living area, featuring a kitchen, dining area and lounge. 

• The lounge area comes with a TV, radio, CD and patio doors which provide access to the terrace.
• The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob (4 cooking plates), refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is an large fridge-freezer in the outdoor storage room.
• There is a separate WC on the ground floor and a washing machine.

First floor

• There is a bathroom with shower and WC.
• Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed.
• Bedroom 2 has two single beds (pull out).

Outside:

• There is a good sized terrace with a table and 4 chairs.
• The garden provides plenty of privacy and additional seating areas.
• There is a storage room with a large fridge-freezer.
• This house is located on a private gated residence which also comes with a communal swimming pool and plenty of parking. The pool is open from June to September.

Long term let in France - Prices:

This house in Pezenas is available for rentals from 3 to 12 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €150 towards the elcetricity, water and Wi-Fi. Higher prices will apply to rentals over the summer period. Minimum stay 3 months.
