The villa has been fully renovated and has a lovely swimming pool (8m x 4m), internet, Satellite TV, air conditioning, large sun terrace and lawned garden with mature plants and trees. Inside, the villa is furnished and decorated to a good standard. This is an ideal property if you are house hunting or wanting to explore the South of France.
Available for long term rentals during October to May from €1200 per month + bills. Minimum stay is 3 months, not available over summer months.

Prices are monthly and do not include utilities. There is a monthly provision of €300 towards the electricity, heating, water and internet. Minimum stay 3 months, not available June - September.

Last visited May 2020. This Long term rental France is light, spacious and airy with several French windows leading from the living areas out to the enclosed garden and terrace. The villa comes with everything you need for a relaxing long stay in Southern France: WiFi, satellite TV, large private pool and 4 air conditioned bedrooms.

This Long term rental France is located within walking distance of the centre of the historic town of Pezenas, the villa is situated in a quiet road in a residential area. Pezenas is described in the Rough Guide as one of the most singularly beautiful towns in the French Southwest, and in addition to an important Saturday market, there are numerous events staged in the town during an extended season. While the old town with a good selection of shops and restaurants and its historic building trail is about 1km away, there is a large supermarket within 3 minutes walk.
This Long term rental France is within easy driving reach of long, sandy Mediterranean beaches (Marseillan Plage 24km)and has quick access to the A9 and A75 autoroutes, providing fast links to the many attractions abounding in the Languedoc-Roussillon and Cevennes areas. Indeed the villa is very easy to find, being within 1km of the end of the A75 autoroute, toll-free from Clermont-Ferrand except for the newly opened and spectacular newly opened Millau Viaduct. The vibrant port town of Cap d´Agde is only a 20 minute drive away.
