On the first floor you will find the 2 bedrooms (one with twin beds, the other with 2 beds of 120cm x 200cm). Each bedroom has its own bathroom (one with a shower, the other with a corner bath and overhead shower).
Outside: There is a barbecue area and a terrace next to the house. The Domaine is surrounded by stunning countryside and there are splendid views in every direction

Prices for Grenache long term rental property are monthly and exclude the utility bills (monthly provision of €150 towards electricity, water and internet). The rental price will depend on the length of your stay. Please note that due to the open plan nature of the property, it is more suitable for rentals in the Autumn and Spring, than over the winter months of December to February. The property does have good electric radiators, but these will be expensive to run and keep the house warm in the winter.

Domaine de La Flotte, is an estate situated on the ´Col de La Flotte´, a wooded hillside where you have a beautiful view of the Pyrenees. This is the definition of rural tranquility. This French rental property is situated just outside the small village of Sonnac-sur-l´Hers, in the Aude department of Languedoc. This is a great location for exploring nearby towns including Mirepoix, Limoux and the medieval fortified town of Carcassonne. Also a superb spot to go skiing at the slopes of Ax les Thermes just an hour away.
In Chalabre, only a 10 minutes drive away, you will find shops, a supermarket, a bank and restaurants. There is a market every Monday morning in Mirepoix (25 minutes drive).
