The cottage is laid out over 2 floors and features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a king-size sofa bed. The ground floor has an open-plan living room, with many original features such as exposed beams, stone fireplace and terracotta tiled floor.

Ground floor

There is an open-plan living room and kitchen, as well as a double bedroom.

• The lounge area comes with a comfortable sofa (which folds out to form a King-size bed), an armchair, TV, games consoles, and a fireplace with wood burner.
• The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee percolator and Espresso machine. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.
• There is a bedroom, just up two steps, which has a double bed, dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin.

First floor

• There is a spacious bedroom with a King-size bed, antique wardrobe and chest of drawers. The large en-suite bathroom comes with a bath (with overhead shower), wash basin and WC

Outside

• Customers have access to the expansive enclosed garden, which has numerous fruit trees and lawned area.
• There is a gated swimming pool which is heated. The pool is normally open from June to September.
• The property is secured with an electric gate and there is plenty of parking.

Pet-friendly cottage for long term rent in France - facilities

This 2 bed cottage is available for long term rentals between October to June (and possibly for 12 month rentals). In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €175 towards the electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Firewood to be purchased separately. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement. Minimum stay is 3 months, although longer rental periods are preferred. Higher rates will apply over the summer period.
