Village house for rentals in South France - facilities

This village house in the charming village of Peret is laid out over 3 floors. The house is located on a small quiet square (Place de Jeu de Ballon).

Ground floor

• There is a large garage on two levels. The garage provides over 40m2 of storage space.

First floor

A small set of steps leads up to the first floor.

• There is a large kitchen which is equipped with an electic oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, separate freezer, microwave and coffee percolator. There is plenty of storage space and cooking utensils.
• There is a good-sized dining room which comes with a table for seating 6-8 people and antique furniture.
• The home office is a large room with penty of book shelves, record player and a desk
• The lounge comes with original vintage tiled floors and a marble fireplace. There are 2 comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV. A set of French windows provide access onto a small balcony which has stunning views over the rooftops towards the vineyards and hills in the distance
• There is a large bedroom which comes with a double bed, wardrobe and an upright piano.
• There is a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin

Second floor

There is a hallway with a large velux window, which allows plenty of light to flood in.

• Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom with lovely views out over the small square in front of the house. The bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers.
• Bedroom 3 is also a good sized bedroom which comes with a single bed. The bedroom provides access to Bedroom 4
• Bedroom 4 comes with a single bed (but could easily accommodate a double bed). This room originally had a small kitchenette in the corner. This will shortly be replaced with a large dressing room with hanging space and storage shelves.
• The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.
• There is a large storage area of 40m2 on the second floor.

Outside

The house is located on a small square with plenty of free parking. There is a small communal garden just opposite the house with benches and and area for playing boules.

Peret long term rental South France - prices

The long term rental prices are based on a 6 month stay. Shorter rental periods and rentals over the summer period may attract slightly higher rates. The prices do not include the utility bills. There is a monthly provision of €150 towards the electricity, water, internet, and local taxes.
