This property is located on a quiet street on the edge of the village. It was a former barn which housed horses and cattle. The Owner has spent the last 6 years converting the barn into a spacious rental property. There is a parking space in front of the property. You enter the property into the hallway which leads to the living area and also provides access to the kitchen.
Outside: a set of patio doors provide access to a lovely quiet courtyard garden, with flag-stone floor and bamboo plants. In the centre of the courtyard there is the former stone drinking font which was used to provide drinking water for the cattle and horses.

The property also benefits from plenty of space for storing boxes and items of furniture, so would suit house hunters. The house provides easy access to the dual carriageway which takes you to Montpellier in 15 mins. Equally, you can be out walking in the vineyards and hills in 2 mins. The village is very sociable and comes with a good range of local services.

Surrounding the market there are 2 restaurants, 2 bars, a small epicerie (local supermarket) and a newsagent. There is a further restaurant in the village, as well as a popular butcher´s and bakery.
