Narbonne is well connected by the road and rail network and is just 15kms from the Mediterranean coast, with lovely beaches at Gruissan Plage and Narbonne Plage. Narbonne also has a small International primary school.
The house is located in a quiet residential street 5 mins walk to Collège Montesquieu (secondary school), 10 mins walk to the TGV train station and 10 mins walk into the centre of Narbonne.
Available for long term rentals between September to May from €1000 per month + bills. Prices are based on a 6 month rental period (higher prices will apply to shorter rental periods and rentals over the summer months). 12 month rentals may be considered. One small pet maybe considered by the Owner.

Ground floor:
- You enter the house into the large open living room, featuring the spacious lounge and dining room and is air conditioned.
- The lounge comes with 2 sofas (one of which opens out to form a double bed), a wall-mounted flat screen TV, stylish lamp and book shelves.
- The dining room has nice views out to the back garden and comes with an antique dining table that can seat 6-8 people.
- The kitchen comes well-equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer and plenty of storage space. A set of French windows provides access out to the garden.
- There is also a guest toilet on this floor (which also has the washing machine).
First floor:
- Bedroom 1 is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes
- Bedroom 2 is also a double bedroom with beautiful vintage floor tiles and fitted wardrobes
- Bedroom 3 comes with a vintage single bed and storage space.
- Bedroom 4 is currently used as a sitting room, but could be used as a bedroom or as a home office.
- The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.
Outside:
- There is a small enclosed garden with a pation table and flower beds. The garden is very low maintenance and there is a small hut for storage.
- There is free parking on the street in front of the house.

Narbonne`s history dates back over 2500 years. It was the first garrison town founded in ancient Gaul by the Romans and soon grew to prominence due to its strategic location on the Via Domitia Roman road, which linked Italy and Spain. You will still find numerous Roman architectre throughout the city, including the newly opened Narbo Via museum exhibits the riches of the ancient city of Narbo Martius, the first Roman colony founded in Gaul in 118 BCE.
Narbonne has a magnificent cathedral, which still towers over the city to this day.
