This French apartment for rentals (long term) is located in the coastal town of Marseillan. The apartment is situated opposite the Etang du Thau close to the Port. The Etang du Thau is a famous oyster growing lake that is separated from the Mediterranean sea by a thin strip of beach. The Etang du Thau and the villages that are dotted along its shore, such as Bouzigues and Meze are famous throughout France for producing the best oysters and mussels. The beach at Marseillan plage is just 3 kms away from this holiday apartment. Cap d´Agde, which provides a range of entertainments and facilities is just a short drive away.
The apartment is available for long term rentals (2 months minimum) between September to May from €800 per month. Pets maybe accepted (limited to one small dog or cat).

Area activities
This French property rentals long term is just a short walk away from the harbour in Marseillan. Here you will find cafes and restaurants. The Languedoc is renowned for its shellfish and you do not have to go very far to sample mussels and oysters harvested from nearby in Bouzigues. A glorious sandy beach is located just three kilometres away at Marseillan Plage but there are many others close by too.
Marseillan is an exceptionally pleasant and attractive small town, one of the few remaining unspoilt harbours in the South of France, lying close to the sea but not on it. The house is located in the inner part of the Marseillan. The Languedoc Coast and beaches are only 5 minutes away by car. There is a local market in Marseillan twice a week. On Tuesday morning Marseillan hosts a traditional market with food, clothing and housekeeping.

There is a TGV train station in the neighbouring town of Agde (4kms). A bus service runs from Agde to Marseillan.

Lovely apartment
We had an extended stay in this lovely apartment which gave us the opportunity to experience the property at its best. We found the apartment to be clean and well equipped and was complimented by its excellent location. The owners were extremely accommodating, friendly and understanding, and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation (this will become the security deposit for your stay). Rent to be paid in advance on the first day of the month (for rentals of 3 months or less, the rent is to be paid in full prior to arrival). The utility bills are to be paid in addition to the monthly rent. There is a monthly provision of €150 towards the utility bills. References may be required. Minimum stay is normally 3 months.
