First floor
- Open plan living area benefits from being on a corner plot, with windows on two side providing plenty of light and air. This floor benefits from air-conditioning and heat.
- The lounge area comes with large seating area with two Chesterfield sofa's and a smart TV. The living
- Fully equipped kitchen with central island, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and kettle.
- Large dining table seating 6.
Second floor:
- Bedroom 1 is a spacious room that contains a large Super King bed (that can be converted into two Twins for added flexibility), an original fireplace, antique desk/work-space, and plenty of storage. The bedroom benefits from multiple windows, lots of light and views of the historic buildings of Pezenas.
- There is a family bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, vanity unit
Third floor:
- The Master bedroom comes with a King-size bed, a convertible day bed, and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, WC and vanity unit.
- Bedroom 3 is a small bedroom with a single bed, ideal for a child.
- There is an additional WC on this floor.
- The top floor benefits from reversible air-conditioning.

This charming house is tastefully furnished and comes with all the amenities that you will need. The home also has reversible air-conditioning to provide extra comfort. The house is perfect for couples or a family and is ideal for walking out in the evening to grab a meal at a local restaurant or a drink at the local bar.
Please note that the house is on three levels and has lots of stairs.

The house is a 3 minute walk from the new aquatic center with indoor/outdoor pool and a park with a children's playground.
The sea is just 20 mins drive away and other local attractions include Abbaye de Valmagne, Etang de Thau (salty lake) with oysters production, Natural bird reserve, Canal du Midi, Beach resorts (Vias, Cap d`Agde), beaches, Béziers and Cap d`Agde golf courses, Sète (40 minuts) mediterrean port.
North of Pézenas : vineyard with producers happy to make you discover theirs wines, Salagou Lake, Herault Canyon, country side with walks and bikes tour, Orb canyon, Saint Guilhem le Desert.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station in Beziers and Agde. Regular bus services run from Pezenas to both towns.
