Villa Les Vignes is available for monthly winter rentals and is located on the edge of the charming wine-making village of Neffies in South France. The villa comes with a private pool and stunning views over the vineyards to the hills beyond. The villa would ideally suit a couple or small family looking for a relaxing winter break in the South of France. The villa is within walking distance of 2 excellent restaurants, a popular wine bar, shop and a wine co-operative.
Available for monthly rentals between November and March from €1200 per month + bills. Minimum stay is 2 months.

The villa is laid out all on one level and benefits from a large sunny terrace and Mediterranean garden. There is parking for several cars. The villa is heated via reversible air conditioning and electric wall radiators.
- The large open-plan living room encompasses the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The living room provides access to the two bedrooms.
- The lounge comes with two comfortable sofas, 2 easy chairs and lovely views out over the countryside. There is also an upright piano if you enjoy tickling the ivories!
- Next to the lounge there is a TV snug with 2 armchairs and a large flat screen TV.
- The dining area has a table with 6 chairs
- The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, two sinks and plenty of storage space. There is a good range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
- Bedroom 1 is a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The bedroom comes with air conditioning. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC. Next to the bathroom there is a dressing room.
- Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom comes with a shower, wash basin and WC.

- There is a large private swimming pool (not open October to April).
- The large terrace comes with a patio table and chairs, as well as a large parasol.
- There is a covered parking place, as well as further parking for several cars.
- The property comes with its own vineyard and an olive grove. The property is very quiet and relaxing.

The villa is available for rentals of 2-3 months from November to March. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €300 towards the electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Linen and towels can be provided. Minimum stay is 2 months.

This comfortable and well-equipped villa is the perfect place to stay for a couple or small family in South France. The village of Neffies is popular place, with 2 excellent restaurants, a wine bar and shop. Neffies is conveniently located close to the historic town of Pezenas and the Mediterranean beaches can be reached in 30-35 mins drive.

Villa Les Vignes is situated in the village of Neffies, which is an excellent location for visitors to explore this beautiful corner of France. Neffiès is a beautiful wine village in the heart of the Languedoc (Herault, Occitania) surrounded by rolling vineyards, not far from the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. The surrounding vineyards produce award-winning wine, many of which can be sampled at the village Cave. From the garden of Villa Collinor it’s a short stroll to the local bakery, Nomad wine bar and the L'Escampette and Le Very'table restaurants; both highly recommended. A van also visits once a week selling fresh seafood, including local oysters and mussels direct from the producers. The village also provides a post office, children’s play area and tennis courts.
Less than fifteen minutes drive away is the ancient market town of Pezenas, with it`s atmospheric old quarter, artist’s studios and boutiques, and wide variety of bars and restaurants. There is also a fabulous market on Saturday, and on Friday evenings during the summer there are wine tasting events with the added bonus of the shops staying open until midnight.
A thirty-five minute drive will take you to the Mediterranean coastal resorts where you’ll find long stretches of sandy beaches with safe, shallow waters for swimming, all kinds of water sports, and a lively buzz in the cafes and bars.

There is a TGV train station located at Montpellier, Beziers and Agde. Local bus services run from each of these towns to Pezenas, with connecting bus routes to Roujan and Neffies.
