The cottage is located on 2 floors and provides 75m2 of living space. The cottage has been completely renovated, with a new single storey extension providing additional space for a new bathroom and bedroom/office.

Inside the cottage contains exposed stone walls and beams.

Ground floor

• There is a large living room with a wood burner and a large dining table.
• The fitted kitchen contains an oven, hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen contains 2 large velux windows and a big picture window, which allow plenty of light to flood into the room.
• There is space in the kitchen for a small breakfast table.
• The bathroom has been newly installed and comes with a bath (with overhead shower), toilet and wash basin.
• In the modern annexe, there is a bedroom/home office. The room can either accommodate a double bed/2 single beds or be converted into a large office space.

First floor

• There is a large bedroom (around 20m2) which contains exposed beams and a wooden floor. There is a window with lovely views over the open countryside.

Outside

• The cottage is surrounded by woodland, which leads down to a stream. 
• There is off-road parking for 3-4 cars
• Additional land below the cottage is also available for use.
• There is a road in front of the cottage, but this is not a busy route.

Unfurnished long term rentals France - prices

This stone cottage in Mayenne, Northern France is available for long term rentals from 6-12 months. The prices do not include the utility bills (electricity, water, internet and communal taxes). The average utility costs is around €150 per month.

The property is currently unfurnished, but it does include the kitchen appliances and a large dining table. The Owner will consider installing some furniture, although his preference will be for a tenants to bring their own furniture.

Long term rentals (6-12 months):  from €650 per month + bills.
