The popular market town of Ceret is just 3kms away. This sunny apartment is situated on the first floor of the farmhouse and is nicely decorated with exposed stone work and a parquet floor.
The apartment is just a 10-15 min walk to the nearest small village of Reynès where you will find 2 restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy and post office. The facilities also include a sauna, gym, a large swimming pool, parking and large grounds.
Available to rent long term between October to May from €750 per month + bills.

The nearest small village has 2 restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, haridresser, post office etc. Céret, a very up and coming centre of culture is a mere 3 kms away. Here there is a musée d`art moderne as well as several musems and plentiful galleries. Pavement cafés are threaded throughout the town. There is much to interest and amuse, with cycling, canyoning, horse riding, scuba diving etc for the sporty, and many abbeys, castles and interesting romanesque architecture. The area has a rich cultural history. The Vallespir is a region of outstanding natural beauty with a huge variety of flora and fauna, amazing gorges, abundant forests and much, much more.
Ceret is a historic market town situated in the Vallespir valley. Ceret has two main claims to fame: 1.) it is traditionally the first town in France to produce a cherry harvest; and 2.) it has a very strong artistic heritage with its own prestigious art museum featuring works from former residents of the town, including Picasso and Chagall.
The Mediterranean towns of Collioure and Argeles are half an hour away by car and the medieval city of Perpignan is very close, the nearest beach is 30 km.
