Le Grande Fontaine is located in a quiet residential area of the village and within a couple of minutes walk you can be out within the vineyards. The house comprises approximately 180 m² of living space on two levels and comes with central heating, large fireplace and reversible air conditioning. 

Ground floor

• Large living room with comfortable sofa and arm chairs. There is also a dining table which can seat 6-8 people. The living room features a double height ceiling and a large (working) fireplace. The living room provides access out to the garden and terrace.
• The lounge has a TV with Satellite channels and WiFi
• The large well-equipped Kitchen comes with an oven, American fridge-freezer, kitchen table and plenty of plates, cutlery and cooking utensils.
• 3 large bedrooms (1 with king size bed, 2 with standard double beds).
• Bedroom 1 comes with air conditioning, a king size bed and large en suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 features with a four-poster double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
• Bedroom 3 comes with a standard size double bed and wardrobe.
• Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a large family bathroom.
• There is also an additional double bed settee in the study/tv room.

First floor

There is a lovely gallery overlooking the living room which contains a quiet seating area and library.

• The large Master bedroom comes with a king-size double and an en-suite shower room (with wash basin, shower cubicle and WC).
• Bedroom 5 contains a double bed and plenty of storage under the eves of the house
• There is a quiet sitting room, which provides access onto the upper terrace - which provides lovely views over the surrounding countryside.

Pet friendly long term rental house South France - prices

Le Grande Fontaine is available for long term rentals between October to June. The rental price does not include the monthly utility bills (there is a monthly provision of €300 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and communal taxes). Minimum stay is 3 months. Pets accepted through prior agreement.
