La Piscine is a lovely property for winter rentals in South France, set in leafy grounds of a former Priory, close to Pezenas. Priory Saint Martial dates from the 7th and 8th centuries and was built on the site of an ancient Roman villa. The priory is surrounded by vineyards on all sides and is a couple of kilometres from two popular villages (Tourbes and Alignan-du-Vent).
La Piscine provides 67m2 of living space and comes with a large living area, fully fitted kitchen, one bedroom, mezzanine and a large private terrace. The property can easily accommodate 2/3 people in comfort. The property can be rented between October to May from €800 per month + bills.

This bright and spacious long term rental property is ideal for a couple or a single person The property is laid out on the ground floor. The entrance is via a private garden from the main courtyard of the Priory.
- There is a large living room which comes with exposed beams and a stylish sofa and 2 armchairs arranged around a coffee table. There is also a round dining table with seating for 4 people. Patio doors opens up on to the terrace and garden.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob and large fridge-freezer.
- Above the kitchen there is a mezzanine which can be used as home office space or for a sleeping space for occasional guests (there is a single bed).
- There is a large bedroom on the ground floor with a King-size bed (160cm) which can be separated into twin beds (80cm wide). Patio doors lead out to the private garden at the rear of the property.
- There is 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, wash basin, WC and a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.
- This property comes with Wi-Fi internet access.

- There is a private terrace surrounded by a hedge and containing 2 palm trees. At the rear of the property there is a private garden.

La Piscine is the perfect winter rentals property for a couple looking for peace and tranquillity in the South of France. Inside, the property is very spacious for a couple. This beautiful rural long term rental property is situated in the south of the Herault department and provides easy access to two motorways, two airports and the TGV. The medieval town of Pezenas is only 5 minutes down the road. The property benefits from access to the beautiful grounds surrounding the historic Priory and 2 swimming pools.

This winter rentals property in South France, is located amongst the vineyards of Languedoc Roussillon. Some of the best wines in the South of France can be found within a short drive - St Chinian, Faugeres, Picpoul de Pinet, Minervois and Fitou. The Languedoc Roussillon coast is a short drive away with some of the best beaches in the South of France to be found in under 20 minutes. In the village of Tourbes there are 2 excellent excellent restaurants, a local bar, a wine bar, shop and pharmacy.
The nearby town of Pezenas also offers a host of good restaurants, pavement cafes, art galleries, museums, boutiques & a super Saturday market.
There is superb walking available in the Black Mountains, there is also Lac Salagou for wonderful freshwater lake swimming & water sports.
Close by are the cities of Beziers (15mins), Montpellier (50mins), Carcassonne (60mins) and Nimes (90mins). Further afield are Provence, Andorra and Barcelona.

There is a TGV train station in Beziers and Agde, both of which have regular bus services to the nearby town of Pezenas.
