This renovated property is located in the small village of Salelles, close to Lake Salagou. The house is set in large grounds in a quite area on the edge of the village and comes with stunning views over the local hills. 

• The large open-plan  living area comes with a cathedral ceiling and stairs up to a mezzanine area.
• The lounge has a sofa and armchairs and a dining table and chairs.
• There is a seating area arranged around the fireplace where you will find the TV and DVD player.
• The living area provides access out onto the terrace and pool area.
• The traditionally styled galley kitchen is is situated off the living area and is well equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge. 
• There is a laundry room with a washing machine, shower and WC.
• Adjacent to the bedroom/office on the ground floor, there is an additional utility area with a drinks fridge and a fridge-freezer.

An open tread wooden staircase from the living room leads up to the mezzanine area which provides additional living space and access to the three bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, wash basin and WC.
• Bedroom 2 is also fitted with a double bed.
• Bedroom 3 has bunk beds. There is also a family bathroom with WC, sink and bath with hand shower.
• Off the entrance hall there is a guest bedroom/home office.

During the winter months the house is heated by a new wood burner and an open fireplace. In addition there are gas heaters and electric heaters in the bedrooms.

Outside: The lovely kidney shaped swimming pool is surrounded by a stone sun terrace and is heated. A hedge provides total privacy and shields the pool from the wind. The garden is extensive and planted with flowering shrubs and olive trees. There is secure private parking. The terrace has a roll out sun blind to provide shade from the midday sun. There are table and chairs for dinning and plenty of sun loungers.

Long term rental property France - prices

This property in the village of Salelles, France, is available for long term monthly rentals for 3-12 months. The monthly rental prices exclude the utility bills (€300 monthly provision for electricity, water, internet and communal taxes). Rental prices will vary according to length of rental period and season. Minimum rental period 3 months. The Owner stays at the property for 3 weeks every August and tenants will need to vacate the property during this time (clothes and belongings can be stored at the property).

Unfortunately, pets are not accepted at this property (due to the Owner's allergies).
