Aups is located 1 hour inland from St Tropez, 1 hour 20 mins from Marseille airport and 1 hour 15 mins from Nice airport.

This stylish town house is laid out over 4 floors and comprises 200m2 of living space. Inside the house retains many period features, which is combined with modern facilities
Ground floor
- There is an entrance hall which leads to the large open plan kitchen and dining room.
- The kitchen comes equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee percolator. There is a central island and planty of storage space.
- The dining room contains antique French dressers and a large table which can seat 6 people.
First floor
There are two bedrooms and a family bathroom
- Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom which contains an antique sleigh bed (140cm), with dressing table and bedside cabinets
- Bedroom 2 is a smaller bedroom with a beautiful antique bed (140cm) and wardrobe
- The bathroom comes with a full bath, wash basin, toilet and walk-in shower.
Second floor
- The Master bedroom is a beautiful large room with an antique bed, leather armchair, bedside cabinets and dressing table. The bedroom has an en suite bathrom with shower, toilet and wash basin.
Third floor
On the top floor there is a lovely open plan living room.
- The lounge contains a comfortable sofa and armchairs, as well as a large flat screen TV.
- The dining area comes with a large table which can seat up to 8 people
The house is heated by a wood burning stove and electric radiators
Outside: running down the side of the house, there is a small pedestrian street, where you can sit out and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

On your doorstep you can walk to restaurants, shops and the twice weekly market. Aups is surrounded by stunning countryside and you have access to some of the best beaches in Cote d´Azur within 1 hour.

Aups is a beautiful medieval village with many shops and a large Provençal market twice a week. The centre of the village is just 2 kilometers from the villa. The famous Gorges du Verdon is 30 minutes from the villa. The same applies to the beautiful blue-green Lac de St Croix lake (20 minutes car). The beautiful local villages of Salernes, Cotinac and Barjols are each just 5 mins drive away.
The Mediterranean beaches on the Cote d´Azur coast are 50 mins to 1 hour away (at Sainte Maxime).
The surrounding countryside is wonderful for cycling and hiking.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station in Aix-en-Provence, with regular regional train services to the nearby town of Draguignan.
Airports
