Joseph Cambon is a charming 2 bed house in the centre of the historic town of Pezenas, South France, that can be rented on a monthly basis during July and August each summer. Pezenas is one of the prettiest towns in Southern France and the house provides an excellent base for exploring the area.
This excellent 2 bed townhouse has been extensively renovated and combines modern fittings with old world charm. On your doorstep there are many shops, boulangeries, coffee shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. On Saturdays, Pezenas hosts a fantastic local market which takes over the whole town. The Mediterranean beaches are just 25 mins away.
The house can be rented from €1950 per month + bills during July and August.

The house is located close to the town centre and islaid out over 4 floors:
Ground floor
- There is an entrance lobby, which can be used as a storage area for bikes, suitcases, etc.
- There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
First floor
- Bedroom 1 can be used as a home office or bedroom for occasional guests. The sofa folds out to form a double bed.
- There is an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
Second floor
- The open plan living room with features a comfortable sofa, armchairs and Air conditioning. French windows allow plenty of light to flood into the room.
- There is a circular dining table that can seat 4 people.
- The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, hob, coffee machine & fridge/freezer
Third floor
- Bedroom 2 is a large room which features a lovely exposed stone wall. The bedroom contains a double bed, wardobe and bedside tables. The bedroom comes with reversible air conditioning.
- There is an en suite bathroom (shower, WC, basin).
Summer house to rent in South France - prices
The house is available for summer monthly rentals during July and August. The rental price is based on a 2 month stay. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €250 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and tourist taxes. Due to allergies, the property does not take pets.

This town house in Pezenas is ideal if you are looking for a convenient and comfortable rental over the summer period in Southern France. The house is perfectly set up for remote working, with a home office and fast Wi-Fi connection.
Pezenas is conveniently located to explore the sites of Languedoc Roussillon and the beaches of South France.
The house comes with a steep cicular staircase up to all the floors, so it may not be suitable for small children or people with reduced mobility.

The rental is for the entire property. Any shared facilities are listed in the property description. The prices quoted are based on a 2 month rental period during the summer high season (July & August). Utility bills and communal taxes are payable in addition to the rent.

Pezenas is a historic town with a population of about 8000. It is in the heart of the Languedoc region of the South of France, a vast winemaking area. The town has several bakeries and shops within easy walking distance of the house. There is a well stocked Champion grocery for larger shopping expeditions.
The Saturday market is nothing short of fabulous and a must for anyone who loves Mediterranean food. It`s less than a block from the house. The oldest part of town has explanatory signs in several languages to direct tourists.
The Mediterranean beaches from Cap d`Agde to Sete are 20 minutes away, where one can dine on fresh oysters and a glass of Picpoul de Pinet!

There is a TGV train station in Beziers, with a regular bus service to Pezenas.

The rent and provision for the bills is to be paid 7 days prior to arrival. Sorry pets are not accepted (due to Owner's allergies).
