The house comes with a swimming pool, large terrace, 2 modern bathrooms, a newly installed kitchen and 3 generous bedrooms. Gabian is a quiet village with a boulangerie, pharmacy and local bar/restaurant.

You enter the house on the ground floor where you will find the open plan living room.
- The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, large fridge freezer and plenty of storage space.
- There is a kitchen table with seating for 6 people.
- The lounge is fitted with a large sofa, 2 arm chairs, coffee table, original fireplace with electric fire, flat screen TV and WiFi.
An open staircase leads up to the first floor.
- The Master bedroom is a good size and contains a large double bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. A set of French windows leads out to a small balcony which runs along the front of the house.
- Across the hallway, there is a lovely shower room, which contains a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
- A doorway leads from the bathroom to a small laundry room, which houses the washing machine.
On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
- Bedroom 2 comes with a double bed.
- Bedroom 3 is fitted with twin bedrooms.
- Both bedrooms are a good size and feature a sloping ceiling with velux windows.
- The bathroom contains a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
Outside: from the kitchen, you step out onto a large terrace with hardwood decking and a large terrace table and seating. The terrace is shaded by a lovely old tree and also contains bench seating with storage underneath. Next to the terrace there is a small outbuilding, which contains a toilet and a store room. The terrace leads onto the garden, which contains a large above ground swimming pool and a lawned area.

Last visited: May 2020. This lovely 3 bedroom house has been finished to a high standard and features lovely vintage tiling, modern bathrooms and beautiful terracotta tiled floors. There is a generous outdoor space, with a nice private terrace and a swimming pool. The internet speed in the village is very good, so this is the perfect rental for a couple who work remotely and require additional bedrooms for family and visitors. Gabian is a popular village which has a restaurant, wine bar, boulangerie and pharmacy. The neighbouring village of Roujan has a large supermarket and additional services.

This 3 bed restored house for long term rent in France is located in the quiet village of Gabian, which is surrounded by vineyards on all sides. In Gabian you can buy bread at the local bakery, do minor shopping at the grocery store or enjoy a refreshing drink in one of the village´s two bars. The slightly larger town of Roujan is a 5 minute car ride away. There you can shop at the Super-U supermarket and enjoy lunch or dinner in the restaurants. The artistic town of Pézenas is 15 minutes away by car and it is well-worth visiting, especially on a Friday evening during the summer, when a large food and wine festival is held on the main street. The Saturday market is also really special.
In Languedoc, there are many things to do. The larger towns of Beziers, Narbonne and Montpellier are in close proximity. The Canal du Midi is a great place for a picnic or a bike ride along the tow path. The surrounding area is full of vineyards and wine cellars, with great wine-tasting everywhere. Surrounding Gabian, you will find many excellent cycling and walking routes.

There is a daily bus service from Gabian to Pezenas. From Pezenas you can take connecting bus services to Montpellier, Beziers and the coast. The nearest train station is located at Bezeiers, where you can catch TGV services up to Paris or down to Barcelona in Spain.
