The wine-making village of Gabian is 15km from Pezenas and 30 mins to the Languedoc coast. It benefits from 1 double bedrooms, large lounge, 1 bathroom and a nice kitchen. The house has kept many of it´s original features including exposed stone work and beamed ceilings. The property originally housed the local wine workers who picked the vines during the harvest.
Gabian village is surrounded by the vines of the Pezenas and Faugeres areas of the Herault, Languedoc. The village has a grocer, baker, pharmacy and bar/restaurant.

The property is located in a small square and has parking available in front of the house. There is a small table and chairs where ou can sit outside in front of the house and chat away to the passing neighbours.
You enter the house into the kitchen , which comes equipped with an oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. There is a small dining table in the kitchen, which can seat up to 4 people. Next to the kitchen there is the bathroom (which comes with a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
On the first floor, you will find the living room. This comes with a large sofa (which folds out to form a double bed) and WiFi internet.
On the second floor there is the large double bedroom, with a wardrobe and bedside cabinets.

This furnished long term rentals house in South of France is located a 10 minute drive from the lively medieval town of Pezenas, home of Moliere, with its period architecture & a great choice of restaurants, pavement cafes, art galleries, museums, boutiques & a super Saturday market. The Canal du Midi, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESO is 15 minutes away. Set in beautiful scenery 12 minutes towards Beziers is Saint-Thomas golf course which offers 18-holes for all levels throughout the year.
This is an ideal spot in the South of France with sandy Mediterranean beaches 30 minutes away, visit Grau d´Agde, Portiragnes Plage & Valras Plage. As an alternative to the beach for the children is ´Aqualand´, a giant water park in the chic resort of Cap d´Agde. Great swimming pool complex in Pezenas (open July and August). Superb walking in the Montagnes Noires, there is also Lac Salagou for wonderful freshwater lake swimming & water sports.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station in the town of Beziers. Local bus services run from Beziers to Pezenas, where you can take a connecting bus to Gabian village.
