This French apartment comes with 2 bedrooms and is available for long term rentals all year round from €500 per month + bills. The apartment is situated in an imposing 19th century ´Maison de Maitre´ just off the village square. The village of Pouzolles is just 25 minutes away from the shimmering Mediterranean coast, with endless beaches, waterside bars and restaurants. The village is surrounded by vineyards and the local wine co-operative is still active producing excellent wines. Pouzolles is located 10 mins from the charming town of Pezenas.

The apartment is located on the top floor of the property and has a private entrance. Inside the apartment has been completely refurbished with new plumbing and is tastefully decorated with antique furniture. The apartment is just around the corner from the main promenade in the village, just past the café, with the grocery store directly opposite.
The apartment contains:
- Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table with lamp.
- Bedroom 2 contains a double bed and a single bed.
- There is a bathroom with large shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet.
- The lounge contains a leather sofa, 2 armchairs, desk, open fireplace and TV.
- The kitchen includes a fridge, electric cooker, storage cupboards and sink.
- There is a dining table with seating for 4 people.
There is a shared garage on the ground floor which can provide storage. The washing machine is located in the garage.

Last visited October 2021. This French long term rental apartment in South France, is perfect for a couple or a small family. Pouzolles is a popular village with a small ex-pat community. The village contains a shop, post office, a school, cafe-bar and plenty of activities. The countryside around Pouzolles is beautiful and the local wine is excellent. Pezenas is a 10 minutes drive away and the beaches are 25 mins away.

Pouzolles is a wine making village with around 1,000 inhabitants in the Languedoc region of France. The village is surrounded by vineyards and is just 30 km from the Mediterranean beaches. Nearby, you will find the beautiful historic town of Pezenas and the busting city of Beziers, known for its massive summer festival (the Feria).
The village is dominated by the impressive local Chateau and by the church, built at the site of the ramparts. Beyond the village, you can see the Black Mountains of the Haut Languedoc National Park.
