This lovely French cottage is located in a quiet lane in the heart of the village. The property is accessed via a set of stone steps up to to the first floor. The cottage is laid out over 2 floors.

First floor
- There is a bright open plan kitchen fitted with oven, hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and kettle

This French cottage in St Ciers sur Bonnieure, is perfect for a couple or single person to rent for an extended stay in France. Whether house-hunting or just planning a sabbatical in France, the cottage has everything that you could need - with a comfortable lounge, well-equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom and a wood-burner for cozy winter evenings.
Long term rentals- available for 3-9 month rentals between September to June. One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation. Rent to be paid in advance at the start of each month. Utility bills (WiFi, water, electricity and local taxes) to be paid in addition to the rent (approximately €75 per month depending on season).

The house is situated in the small village of Saint-Ciers-sur-Bonnieure. You can collect your daily baguette from the bar/grocers/ dépôt de pain which is 2 minutes walk from the house. Supermarkets situated 10 minutes from the house in Mansle.
The Charente department offers a wide range of landscapes, from hills, to vineyards, lakes and woodlands. With popular towns such as Angoulême and Cognac nearby, there is plenty to do and see.
La Charente area is famous for its weekend bric-a-bracs, as well as its fabulous local produce. There is a local weekly food markets at Ruffec and Mansle. Discover the specialist growers for strawberries near St Angeau and onions & garlic from Ligne.
La Charente river and its tributaries are ideal for kayak and canoe trips and you can also enjoy many country paths that wind through woods and between fields for walking and cycling
Futuroscope, is a popular theme park for children which is located just over 1hr from Le Cerisier direct easy access via the N10.
