- The kitchen/dining room features the original fireplace. There is a dining table and six chairs.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and a microwave/oven combination.
First floor
- Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with stylish rattan bedroom furniture.
- Bedroom 2 is also a double bedroom. This room has a charming window seat and 2 armchairs.
- Bedroom 3 comes with bunk beds.
- There are 3 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and shower, 2 with showers only.

- The gite has a private terrace along the river with a dining table, chairs and a lounge area. It’s a lovely place for a drink, a meal or to relax with a good book.

Domaine la Croze is situated in the beautiful Lot department in Southern France. This un-spoilt and exceptional corner of rural France offers much to do and see. The Lot department borders Dordogne to the North and it is noted for its stunning countryside, excellent wines and gastronomy and is home to some of the most beautiful villages in France, such as Puy-l’Evêque, Saint Cirq la Popie and Figeac.
In the Lot and the nearby Dordogne departments there are many castles and prehistoric caves to explore. The nearby Chateau de Bonaguil is not to be missed!
The area around the Lot is well knows for its many weekly markets in nearby villages and towns.
There are multiple golf courses in the area. The closest is La Bouysset (9 holes) A bit further drive you will find Lolivarie, Saint-Germain de Belvès (18 holes), Villeneuve-sur-Lot Country and Golf club (18 holes) and Golf du Chateau les Merles, Mouleydier (9 holes)

There is a main train station in the nearby town of Cahors.

Vire-sur-Lot is 1 hour 15 mins from Toulouse airport and 1 hour 30 mins to Bergerac/Dordogne airport.
Driving directions
Vire-sur-Lot is located very close to the A20 motorway, which runs up from Toulouse to Cahors, Limoges and onwardsup to Paris (via A71).

For longer rental periods, the rent can be paid in advance on the first day of each month. In addition to the monthly rent, there is a provision towards the utility bills and communal taxes. Minimum stay is usually 2 months. Prices will vary according to the duration of your stay and the season.
