The villa provides 220m2 of living space, laid out over 2 floors. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The villa has double glazing, air conditioning and a large fireplace in the living room.

Ground floor

• The spacious living room (70m2) comes with large bay-windows opening onto the view.
• In the lounge there is large stone fireplace, wood burning stove, 2 big sofas, an armchair and coffee table.
• Next to the lounge there is dining area with a table and seating for up to 8 people. The dining area has lovely views over the garden and countryside. 2 sets of French windows open out onto the terraces.
• The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffeemaker and a gas stove with 3 ovens. 

First floor

• The large master bedroom (45m2) comes with a king-size bed and fabulous view over the garden, swimming pool and surrounding countryside. This room has a large en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower and toilet. This room has air-conditioning and a large south facing private terrace.
• Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with queen size bed has views over the back garden. It has an en-suite shower room with toilet.
• Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with queen size bed and view over the side garden. This room also has a shower room with private toilet.
• There is a laundry room with Washing machine and dryer.

Outside

• The swimming pool is 11m x 5m and comes with a large patio area with sunbeds and lunch/dining areas. The pool is very private (not overlooked). The pool is open from mid-April to early October.
• There are quiet seating areas within the garden.

Mediterranean villa long term rentals Cote d'Azur - prices

This Mediterranean villa near Grasse, Cote d'Azur can be rented on a monthly basis from September to May. The rental prices quoted are based on a 3 month stay and do not include the utility bills. Higher rental rates may apply for shorter rental periods. Minimum stay is 3 months.

There is a monthly provision of €350 to wards the utility bills (electricity, water and Wi-Fi), to be paid in addition to the rent.

Long term rentals (Oct-April): from €3700 per month + bills

The villa can potentially be rented during May (during the Cannes film festival), although the rental rates will be considerably higher.
