The house comes with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, air conditioning (reversible), balcony and garden, a dishwasher, private underground parking and communal grounds.
Available for long term rentals between October to April from €850 per month + bills.

Ground floor
- The living room comes with a sofa, coffee table, TV and dining table with 4 chairs. Patio doors provide access to the small garden.
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee machine.
- There is a WC on this floor.
First floor
- Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. French windows provide access to a small balcony.
- Bedroom 2 is fitted with bunk beds.
- The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

- The residence has a pool, gym and laundry. The pool and gym are open from April through to October.

Callian is a great spot for a long term rental in Cote d´Azur. Far enough away from the coast not to be stuck in endless traffic queues, yet close enough to reach the sites of the French Riviera in 30-40 mins. This well-equipped apartment provides very comfortable accommodation for a couple with frequent guests. On site you have a range of facilities including 2 swimming pools, a gym, launderette and free parking.

Area activities
The apartment is located on a gated residence, 1.5km from the centre of Callian. Callian is a charming hilltop village 35 km from the Mediterranean sea (Cannes or Frejus) and 1 hour drive from Monaco and Italy. The village is well equipped with shops, restaurants, a weekly market and plenty of services. The apartment is located close to the prestigious Terre Blanche golf course.
Nearby, you will find the following sites:
- Fayence (7kms) - a popular hilltop village with charming shops, restaurants and bars, surrounded by vineyards, lavender fields and olive groves.
- Seillans (12kms) - a famous Provencal village with narrow paved streets, arched passageways, small squares and ancient fountains. The painter Max Ernst spent the last few years of his life in Seillans and his work can be found at the local art gallery.
- Cannes (37km) - famous for its La Croisette promenade, chic boutiques, classy restaurants and numerous festivals throughout the year, including, the Cannes Film Festival in May.
- Antibes (48km) - a lovely old port town with narrow winding streets, a great selection of restaurants, cafes and the impressive Picasso art museum.
