This Cote d´Azur villa is available for long term rentals between October and May from €2,800 per month + bills. Not available during June to September.

This stylish villa consists of 2 parts. The old part of the villa has 2 floors and the modern extension is laid out on one level and comes with geothermal underfloor heating. The villa provides 160 m2 of living space.
The open plan living room is spacious (68m2) and equipped with a large comfortable sofa, sleek chairs and open fireplace.
- The lounge area has a large HD TV with international channels, a DVD player, Ipod docking station and WIFI. A set of double patio doors connect the living room with the covered terrace.
- The lovely kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances including induction hob, oven / microwave, various electrical appliances, blender, grill and Nespresso coffee machine.
- There is also a dining table for 8 people.

- Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).

- Bedroom 3 is located on the 1st floor. This is a spacious room with a king size double bed (180cm x 200cm) with a private bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet). Electrical radiators are available in two bedrooms and associated bathrooms. Other areas are heated via geothermal underfloor heating. All bathrooms have electric towel dryers.
Outside: the large heated pool is 14m x 3.6m which makes it ideal for doing your morning laps. The pool uses a state-of-art electrolysis filtering system, which is 100% safe for your skin. There are 6 comfortable sun loungers by the pool. The pool can be illuminated at night. There is a large covered veranda (40m2) with patio furniture and a table and chairs. The villa also comes with a BBQ, 2 bikes and ample parking for several cars. Throughout the spacious garden there are numerous quite places to sit and read under the shade. At night, the garden is attractively illuminated. There is also a table tennis table.

This Aups villa in Cote d´Azur is a great option for a long term rental in South France. Inside the villa is very comfortable and spacious and outside you can enjoy the large private garden and pool. This is a great quite space to chill out and relax for a few months. The good internet connection and quick access to both Marseille and Nice airports, also makes this villa a good location for remote working. The villa is surrounded by stunning countryside and you have access to some of the best beaches in Cote d´Azur within 1 hour.

Area activities
Aups is a beautiful medieval village with many shops and a large Provençal market twice a week. The centre of the village is just 2 kilometers from the villa. The famous Gorges du Verdon is 30 minutes from the villa. The same applies to the beautiful blue-green Lac de St Croix lake (20 minutes car). The beautiful local villages of Salernes, Cotinac and Barjols are each just 5 mins drive away.
The Mediterranean beaches on the Cote d´Azur coast are 50 mins to 1 hour away (at Sainte Maxime).
The surrounding countryside is wonderful for cycling and hiking.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station in Aix-en-Provence, with regular regional train services to the nearby town of Draguignan.
Airports
This villa in Aups, Cote d´Azur is approximately 1 hour 15 mins drive from both Nice and Marseille airports. Toulon airport can be accessed in 1 hour 10 mins.

Lovely pool
What a luxury to sit in the middle of Provence in the summer. We enjoyed the villa enormously. The children too, especially the pool was their favorite.

Fantastic holiday
We had a fantastic holiday. Often to the Lac de St. Croix, the children loved it. Swimming, with the canoe through the Gorges du Verdon. The house is super, especially the terrace, where you can sit all day.

One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation (this will become the security deposit for your stay). Rent to be paid in advance on the first day of the month (for rentals of 3 months or less, the rent is to be paid in full prior to arrival). There is a monthly provision of €300 towards the electricity, water, telephone/internet and communal taxes.
The heated swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October. If you wish to use the swimming pool outside this period, a surcharge applies.
