This impressive property dates back to the early 19th Century and is laid out over 2 floors

Ground floor

• The entrance hall provides access to the kitchen-diner, lounge and up to the first floor.
• The beautiful modern kitchen comes with a dining area and features a large central island. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, espress coffee machine and a full set of plates, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils. A pivate chef can also be arranged to provide  high class meals.
• The large lounge comes with a large sofa, armchairs and an open fireplace.
• There is a games room with pool table and large TV screen. There is a guest toilet and laundry room off the games room.

First floor

• The Master suite is located within one of the Chateau's towers and features a King-size double bed, with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a  free-standing bath, with overhead shower; a wash basin, a walk-in shower and WC. The bedroom has views over the vineyards and the garden.
• Bedroom 2 has lovely views out over the garden and is fitted with a King-size double bed. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, wash basin and WC.
• Bedroom 3 is a family Suite and is fitted with 2 single beds and 1 King-size double bed. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside

• The Chateau is surrounded by large grounds with mature trees and several seating/outdoor dining areas. Beyond the garden, you have the vineyards in all directions and the grapes are still picked by hand.
• There is a swimming pool next to the Pavilion in the grounds.
• There is parking for several cars.
• The wine cellars of Clos des Jacobins are located behind the Chateau. Tours can be arranged of the wine making facilities.

Chateau Clos des Jacobins Saint Emilion - prices

Chateau Clos des Jacobins can be rented on a monthly basis between November to March. The minimum stay is 30 days. In addition to the rent, there is a provision of €500 per month towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and heating. The Chateau can also be rented in conjunction with the 2 bed Pavilion, which is located in the grounds next to the swimming pool.
