The cottage is laid out over 2 floors and is accessed directly from a pedestrianised street.

Ground floor

• You enter into the hallway which provides access to the bedroom, bathroom and stairs up to the first floor. The hallway has an under-stairs cupboard and a trapdoor providing access down to a cellar.
• The double bedroom comes with a Queen-size double bed, chest of drawers, cupboard and ceiling fan.
• The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. There is a heated towel rail.

First floor

• At the top of the stairs, a French window provides access out onto the roof terrace.
• The small but functional galley kitchen contains a hob, fridge, sink, a combi microwave/mini-oven, washing machine and an antique dresser. 
• The living room comes with a dining table and chairs for 4 people, a large sofa, antique armchair and a storage area.

Outside

• There is a fabulous private roof terrace where you can sit out and enjoy a morning coffee or enjoy an evening meal. The terrace has a patio table and chairs, raised flower beds and a Passion flower trailing up the walls

Rue du Porche cottage long term rentals South France - prices

Rue du Porche cottage can be rented on a monthly basis for 6-12 months. In addition to the monthly rent there is a provision of €150 towards the electricity, water, internet and communal taxes. Minimum stay is normally 6 months.
