Montpezat-de-Quercy is a town of about 1500 people, located just on the edge of the Causses du Quercy Regional Park. This part of France is known as Quercy, which was an ancient French province up until the French revolution. This area of outstanding natural beauty, contains many deep caves (such as Gouffre de Padirac), gorges, rivers and a limestone plateau. You will also find many stunning villages and pre-historic caves.
