• Bedroom 2 has a double bed and an en suite bathroom (with shower, wash basin and WC).
• Bedroom 3 is the large master bedroom with an en suite bathroom (with a bath, overhead shower, wash basin and WC).

Second floor

• Bedroom 4 is a lovely bedroom with exposed beams and a double bedroom.
• Bedroom 5 is a twin bedroom.
• There is a bathroom on this floor with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside: The large decking area outside includes a large outdoor table and heater. There is also a good-sized garden with shed at the bottom including bikes, table tennis and a gas barbecue.
