The accommodation is located in a converted barn and farmhouse.

Ground floor

• The sleek, modern kitchen contrasts beautifully with the exposed brick walls, terracotta floor and exposed oak beams. It comes with an oven,  microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a wood burning stove and kitchen table.
• Next to the kitchen, there is a Utility room with washing machine, dryer and fridge-freezer.
• The large cosy sitting room features beautiful exposed stone walls and oak beams. There is a large sofa and easy chairs and a wood burning stove. Stairs from the sitting room lead up to the first and second floors of the farmhouse.
• There is a large bathroom on the ground floor which features a walk-in shower, full-size bath, WC and double sinks.
• The large living room is 70m² and features a Cathedral ceiling with exposed wooden beams, a large corner sofa and a wood burning stove. Either side of the living room, a set of staircases lead up to bedrooms 4 and 5..
• Just off the living room there is a second bathroom which contains a large walk-in shower, double sinks and a WC.

First floor (farmhouse)

A staircase from the sitting room leads up to the first and second floor of the old farmhouse.

• Bedroom 1 is a beautiful bedroom with an original stone carved sink, brick fireplace and a wood burning stove. The bedroom features a King-size double bed and a chest of drawers and hanging space.
• Bedroom 2 is a beautiful double bedroom with a hand-carved stone doorway and exposed oak beams. The bedroom contains a King-size double bed and a chest of drawers. This bedroom has air conditioning (reversible for heating and cooling).

Second floor (farmhouse)

• Bedroom 3 is a very large bedroom and comes with 4 single beds. The bedroom is fitted with Air conditioning (reversible heating and cooling) The bedroom has exposed oak beams and there is restricted height in certain places. The bedroom is ideal for children.

First floor (barn)

Either side of the living room, staircases lead up to 2 bedrooms

• Bedroom 4 is a large triple bedroom with 2 double beds and a single bed. The bedroom features exposed oak beams and in parts there is restricted headroom. This bedroom would ideally suit a family with young children.
• Bedroom 5 is a good sized bedroom which can either be made up as a twin bedroom or as a King-size double bedroom. The bedroom features exposed brickwork and comes with a large chest of drawers.

Outside

• There is a large swimming pool (15m x 5m). The pool is open from mid-May to September.
• The large garden is mainly laid to lawn and provides direct access to the river. The house comes with 2 small rowing boats.
• There is plenty of parking on the driveway.

Farmhouse for monthly rentals in France - Prices

The farmhouse can be rented on a monthly basis between April to November. The monthly price does vary depending on the month and the duration of your stay. There is a monthly provision of €300 on top of the rent towards the utility bills and communal taxes. The maximum occupancy is 14 people (including children over 5 years of age). Pets maybe accepted through prior agreement of the Owner.

November: from €2000 per month + bills

April and October: from €2500 per month + bills

May: from €3500 per month + bills

June and September: from €5000 per month + bills

July and August: from €12,000 per month + bills
