The house is laid out over 2 floors and comes with an annexe with additional accommodation.

Ground floor

There is a large open plan living room with a 3 meter wide Patio door 

• The beautiful lounge comes with a double height ceiling, exposed stone walls, large fireplace and teracotta tiled floor. There is a large leather sofa, stylish armchairs and a large flat screen TV (smart TV with Netflix and a Sonos surround sound system). The fireplace provides a good heat for the house.
• The stunning kitchen has a sleak marble worktop, solid oak flooring, a large range cooker, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage space.
• The dining area comes with a stylish white oval table with matching chairs. The large sliding patio door creates a real inside-outside living feature.
• The Master bedroom is a large bedroom with exposed stone walls and an en-suite bedroom. It is fitted with a Super King-size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate toilet.
• There is an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, stylish wash basin and WC. The bathroom is fitted with travertine tiles.
• There is a large bathroom with designer bathtub, double sink, walk-in shower, travertine tiles and glass. There is a separate toilet

Connecting doors take you to an annexe, which has an independent entrance.

• Bedroom 2 is a large double bedroom (with enough space to add a baby cot). The bedroom comes with a Super King-size double bed (200cm x 220cm) and it has an infra-red sauna.
• Bedroom 3 is accessed via a staircase from Bedroom 2 and comes with 2 single beds (which can be joined to form a King-size double bed). This bedroom is located within the eaves of the house and has restricted headroom due to the exposed oak beams and sloping ceiling.

First floor

From the lounge, a metal staircase takes you up to a Mezzanine floor (which contains Bedroom 4). The Mezzanine provides access to Bedroom 5.

• Bedroom 4, which is a large bedroom located on the Mezzanine with 2 single beds. This room is ideal for children.
• Bedroom 5 adjoins Bedroom 4 and has a King-size double bed (or 2 single beds). The bedroom has solid oak flooring and exposed beams.

Outside

• There is a lovely garden (2000m²) which comes with several seating areas, including a large covered terrace. The garden has a range of tropical plants and also has a large grass area for children to play (with swings).
• The heated swimming pool is 8m x 4m and comes with a pool alarm. It is a salt water pool and there is a large pool shelf which is ideal for younger children. Surrounding the pool there is a deck with seating area. The pool has nice views over the local fields.
• There is parking for 2 cars.

House for rent in Dordogne France - prices

Maison Boutique can be rented on a monthly basis from October to April. The rental prices are based on a an occupancy level of 4-6 people. Additional guests are welcome (there is a total sleeping capacity of 10 guests), but additional charges will apply for extra line and towels, as well as utility costs. In addition to the monthly rent, there is a provision of €400 towards the electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi and a contribution towards the local taxes. Firewood to be purchased separately. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement. The normal minimum stay is 1 month. 

Long term rentals (October to April): from €2,100 per month + bills
