La Tour villa for long term lets Provence - facilities

The villa comprises 180m2 of living space and comes with 3 terraces and a large garden with olive trees, vines and oak trees. The villa is laid out over 2 floors. All rooms come with air conditioning (for heating and cooling). There is Ultra high-speed internet throughout the house.

Ground floor

• The large lounge (35m²) is full of light and comes with beautiful views over the olive trees and countryside beyond. The lounge comes with a large corner sofa, Flat screen TV and a large wood burner. This room also has air conditioning (reversible). 
• The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, gas hob, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The kitchen has a plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.
• There is a large dining room (38 m²) which also provides space for a home office. This room also has a wood burning stove.
• Bedroom 1 comes with either a single bed (which can pull out to form a double bed). This bedroom is air conditionined.
• Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom which can also function as a home office. The bedroom has lovely views over the garden and the hills beyond. The bedroom is fitted with a single bed (which can pull out to form a double bedor double bed). This bedroom is air conditionined (reversible for heating). Please note that there are curtains or blinds in this room.
• In between the two bedrooms, there is a play room for children.
• There is a bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

First floor

• The master bedroom is a generous sized room (16 m2) and comes with a Queen-size bed, fitted wardrobes and Air conditioning.
• Bedroom 4 is a very large room (26 m²) suitable for children. The bedroom has a triple bunk-bed (90x200), storage, play area and air conditioning.
• The bathroom features a walk-in shower and wash basin. There is a separate WC.

Outside

• The villa comes with 5 acres of land and is the perfect place for children to play and run wild in complete safety. Younger guests (and older ones) can enjoy the tree house, large trampoline and plenty of toys and games in the house.
• The villa has 3 terraces, including the main terrace in front of the property which has a BBQ and large outdoor dining facilities.
• There is parking for several cars.

This villa in Provence is available for rent between February to June. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €300 towards the utility bills (electricity, water and Wi-Fi). Pets may be accepted through prior agreement, although it should be noted that the garden is not enclosed
