The building is over 40 metres long and used to provide accommodation for the postal workers and their horses. Today the building provides 350 m² of living accommodation laid out over 2 floors

Additional guests are welcome (there is a total sleeping capacity of 15 guests), but additional charges will apply for extra line and towels, as well as utility costs In addition to the monthly rent, there is a provision of €400 towards the electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi and a contribution towards the local taxes. Firewood to be purchased separately. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement. The normal minimum stay is 2 months. Rate will depend on seaon and length of stay.

Montazeau is located in the middle of the vineyards; in the canton of Vélines. The village lies 12 km north west of Sainte Foy la Grande and 16 km south of Montpon. The village is 15 km from the motorway, 30 km west of Bergerac and 60 km from Bordeaux (on the D11 connecting the D 936 to the N 89).
