The rental prices for this beautiful farmhouse near Grasse, Cote d´Azur are monthly and do not include the utility bills. The rental price will vary according to length of rental period and season. There is a monthly provision of €500 towards the utility bills.

Off season long term rentals (October to April): €3,500 per month + bills

Mid-season rentals (May, June & September): €5,000 per month + bills
