A beautiful villa for long term rentals in France with full disability access. The villa comes with a private pool, 3 bedrooms, private parking, UK TV and stunning views. The villa is located in the picturesque village of Cessenon-sur-Orb, located on the banks of the River Orb and surrounded by hills. The villa provides very comfortable accommodation and nearby you have all the facilities that you will need including: a small supermarket, weekly market, couple of restaurants and a friendly local bar.
Available to rent from €1200 per month + bills. Not available over the summer months, min stay 3 months.

The villa is laid out all on one level. From the hallway, you have 2 bedrooms on the right, a wet room straight ahead, the utility room on the left and the open plan kitchen and living room at the end on the right.

- the kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and plenty of cooking utensils
- the utility room houses the washing machine, a wash basin, tumble-dryer, large plancha, electric window cleaning gun, steam mop, 2 x vacuums, ironing board and the fusebox

- there is satellite TV, a DVD player and a Wii console

- there is a lift up to the Master bedroom (as well as a spiral staircase)
- Bedroom 2 comes with bunk beds
- Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom with a wardrobe and storage drawers under the beds
Bathrooms:
- the Wetroom at the end of the hallway comes with a seated shower, toilet, wash basin and electric heater/towel rail
Outside:
- the pool has solar heating for possible Spring/Autumn use
- there is a patio table and chairs, and outdoor lounge furniture (three-seat sofa and two club chairs)

Area activities
Cessenon-sur-Orb is a large village located in the Orb valley. The village has around 2,000 inhabitants and is well served by 2 restaurants, a Patisserie, cafe-bar, butcher and Bolangerie.
The site has been occupied since pre-historic times and archaeological remains have been found from the Visigoth, Saracen and Roman times. The local castle dates back to the 10th Century, with remnants still in place. Traditionally Cessenon was an important textile and olive oil producing village. Over the years, the olive groves have been replaced with vineyards. Today, the local area benefits from tourism, with many great cycling routes nearby, as well as white water rafting and canoeing along the Orb River.

There is a TGV train station at Beziers. There is also a regular bus service from Béziers to Cessenon sur Orb.
