This 3 bedroom apartment with garden is situated on the second floor of a renovated 19th century country house and comes with lovely views over the vineyards and the Cevennes hills in the background. There is UK satellite TV, WiFi, private off-road parking, a large swimming pool and a pool house with barbecue and Jacuzzi.
Available for long term rentals between October to May from €750 per month + bills. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement of the Owner.

This large second floor property to rent in France long term can comfortably sleep 6-8 people. The Olive apartment provides over 100m2 of living accommodation, including a 2 bedrooms and a large mezzanine area (19m2) which contains two single beds. The apartment has tiled floors throughout.
- Bedroom 1 is fitted with a double bed and comes with an en suite bathroom with WC, shower and hand basin.
- Bedroom 2 contains two single beds and an with en suite bathroom with shower and hand basin.
- There is also a sofa in the lounge which converts into a double bed.
- There is a cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
The spacious living room contains the open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge.
- The lounge is fitted with 2 large sofas (including 1 sofa bed), a flat-screen TV (with UK Satellite & French channels), radio-CD/DVD, with selection of DVD´s. The full height French windows open out to give stunning views of the Cevennes mountains.
- The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, electric oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker & sandwich maker. There is also a washing machine & dryer in communal area of building.
- The large Dining area comes with a pine table & chairs.
- Cot & highchair available if required.
Outside - children´s play section (2 swings, slide & climbing rope). Large paved area with seating in front. A large gated swimming pool (12 x 6m). Reserved garden near swimming pool for guests staying in this apartment. There is a pool house where you will find a bar, toilet & changing area as well as an outdoor shower. Parking for several cars. There is also a boules court and BBQ area.

The monthly rental prices are based on a 6 month rental period. The rental price does not include the utility bills, which are charged separately. Not available June to August.

Comfortable accommodation for 2-8 people situated in area of beautiful French countryside with rivers and mountains on your door step.

The utility bills are to be paid in addition to the monthly rent. There is a monthly provision of €120 towards the utility bills. References may be required. Minimum stay is normally 3 months.
