This duplex apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. The stairs up to the apartment are very steep. You enter into a small entrance hall, which provides access to the large open plan living room, the bathroom and the office/storage room. A set of stairs lead up from the hall to the bedroom and roof terrace. 

First floor

• The open plan living room contains the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The room is very bright and airy, with 2 sets of French windows and 2 small balconies.
• The lounge features vintage club armchairs and a leather sofa. There is a flat screen TV, with some international channels. There is gas central heating and Wi-Fi.
• There is a circular dining table which can seat 4 people.
• The well-equipped kitchen is fully stocked with new pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. The kitchen has a stylish Butler sink and a central island with breakfast bar. There is an oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and plenty of storage space.
• The bathroom has a walk-in shower and wash basin and WC. There is a separate WC.
• There is an additional room which can be used for storage, a dressing room or as a home office.

Second floor

• The bedroom comes with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The bed has a brand new memory foam mattress. The bedroom has beautiful views out onto the terrace and the rooftops of the town.
• The large roof terrace has amazing views over the Castle, the harbour and the mountains that encircle Collioure. At night time, the mountains are lit up with thousands of lights from houses that are dotted about the hillsides.

This apartment is available for monthly rentals throughout the year. The rental prices vary according to the season. In addition to the rent, there is a provision of €175 per month towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and heating. The minimum stay is normally 3 months. Higher prices may apply to shorter rental periods.
