La Bastide de Correns Provence long term rentals - facilities

La Bastide de Correns is a large property, with two wings and a central axis. One of the wings is the home of the Owners and is separated from the rental accommodation by a large glazed entrance lobby. The rental accommodation has its own private entrance and is comprised of a 2 bed villa (located in the East wing of the Bastide) and 2 self-contained suites located in the central axis.

The villa

The villa is a 2 storey property with the lounge, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor.

• The lounge contains 2 large sofas and has patio doors that open out onto the terrace. The lounge also has a small wood burner and electric radiators for heating.
• The dining room contains a solid wood table and 6 chairs and has French windows which provide access to the terrace.
• The fully-fitted kitchen comes with an oven, hob, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and a range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
• Bedroom 1 comes with a large double bed, large wardrobe, dressing table and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom contains a bath with overhead shower, WC and wash basin. The bedroom has an electric radiator. 
• Bedroom 2 is also an en-suite bedroom with a double bed with bedside cabinets. The en suite bathroom contains a full-size bath with overhead shower, double wash basins and WC.
• There is a terrace with a patio table and chairs, BBQ and outdoor sofa.

Suite Libellule

This is a one bedroom suite with a lounge and bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom on the Mezzanine floor. The suite has access to a private terrace at the front.

• The lounge contains a large sofa, dressing table and fitted wardrobes. Patio doors from the lounge provide access to the terrace.
• The bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
• The bedroom has a double bed and bedside tables.

Suite Esparron

This is a 2 bedroom suite, with a double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and a twin bedroom on the mezzanine floor. The suite has access to a private terrace at the front.

• There is a double bedroom on the ground floor, which comes with a dressing table, bedside cabinets and a fitted wardrobe
• The bathroom is also on the ground floor and comes with a a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
• On the mezzanine floor there is a twin bedroom.

Outside

• There is a large heated swimming pool (12m x 5m) which is open from April to October. Surrounding the pool, there is a sun terrace with sun loungers.
• The Bastide is surrounded by large grounds featuring lawn areas and Oak woodland.
• There is a private driveway, with parking for several cars

Bastide de Correns Provence long term rentals - prices

The long term rental prices for La Bastide de Correns are flexible depending on the size of your group, the length of your stay and the season. For example, the rental prices vary from €3000 per month (for just the main house November to January) to €6,000 per month (for the main house + both suites for the months of October, March and April). The rental prices include all the utility costs, linen and end of stay cleaning. Please enquire for a precise rental price for your dates and group size.

Long term rentals (4 people - main house): €3000 per month for Nov-Jan; €5000 per month for October and Feb-April.

Long term rentals (5-6 people - main house +1 suite): €3500 per month for Nov-Jan; €5500 per month for October and Feb-April.

Long term rentals (7-8 people - main house + 2 suites): €4000 per month for Nov-Jan; €6000 per month for October and Feb-April.
