Villa Agapanthe is laid out all on two levels.

Ground floor

You enter into the open plan living room, which contains the kitchen, dining area and lounge. A corridor leads down to Bedroom 1 and bathroom

• The modern kitchen is very stylish and sleek. It features a large island with induction hob and modern extractor fan. There is an oven, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The house comes with a good range of cutlery, crockery glasses and cooking utensils.
• The dining table can seat 6-8 people
• The lounge comes with 2 small sofas, an armchair and a TV cabinet with flat-screen TV. A set of patio doors provides access out onto the terrace.
• Bedroom 1 contains a double bed with bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes.
• The bathroom comes with a large walk-in shower, a separate bath with overhead shower and a large wash basin. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
• There is a separate WC and a storage cupboard on the ground floor

First floor

• Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables and lamps.
• Bedroom 3 is currently equipped as an Home Office. A double bed can be installed by the Owner into the bedroom (if required). The bedroom is large enough to fit the double bed and the desk
• There is a WC on this floor

Outside:

• The garden is mainly laid with a deck and contains raised flower beds with Mediterranean plants. There is a patio table with chairs and a parasol.
• There is private off-street parking for one car.
• There is a gated entrance with intercom. The house comes with an alarm system.

Montpellier long term rentals France - prices

Villa Agapanthe is available for monthly rentals throughout the year. In addition to the rent, there is a provision of €250 per month towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and communal taxes. The prices are based on a 12 month rental period. Higher prices may apply to shorter rental periods, especially those covering the summer months. The rent is to be paid every 3 months (in advance). There is a security deposit of one month's rent.

Long term rentals (12 months): €2,000 per month + bills
