The house provides 100m2 of living space and is laid out over 3 floors. The house comes with Wi-Fi throughout and (reversible) air conditioning.

Ground floor

• There is a small garage/workshop, which can be used for storage.
• An external staircase takes you up to the main house.

First floor

• The front door leads to an entrance lobby, with stairs leading up to the second floor.
• There is a lovely bright and airy open-plan living room, with original tiled floors, high ceilings with oak beams and an exposed stone wall.
• The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a hob (gas and induction), dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is plenty of storage space. Next to the kitchen there is a lovely stone sink and fitted cupboards, which was part of the original kitchen.
• There is a dining table with seating for 4-6 people. The house comes with a full set of plates, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.
• The lounge comes with beautiful vintage furniture and is a really light and bright space.

Second floor

• Bedroom 1 is a beautful room with exposed stone walls and original beams. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets and a large dressing area.
• Bedroom 2 comes with a double bed and an additional sofa bed. The bedroom has a chest of drawers. 
• In between the bedrooms there is a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and hand basin. There is a separate toilet on the landing.
• There is a small home office, complete with a vintage desk and lamp. The office is enclosed and has a door.
• There is a mezzanine area with a single bed (which could be used for occasional guests/children). The ladder steps up to the mezzanine are quite steep. Alternatively, this space could be used for additional storage.

Outside

• On the first floor there is a private terrace which comes with a table and chairs. During the warmer months, a beautiful Wysteria grows over the terrace providing plenty of welcome shade.
• There is a small garage/workshop on the ground floor. This space can be used for storage. At the rear of the garage, there is a landry room with washing machine.

The house is available for long term lettings of up to 12 months. In addition to the rental price, there is a monthly provision of €200 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes. Minimum stay is normally 6 months.
